CrEAST - Engineering Future

‘Engineering Futures – CrEAST’, a unique training program funded by Larsen & Toubro Ltd was inaugurated on 13 August 2021 by Rev. Father Anthony Pinto, Rector-Director of Don Bosco Institute of Technology, Mumbai at Holy Cross High School, Kurla, Mumbai.

The ceremony was graced by the presence of Rev. Fr. Mario Vaz, Executive Director, DBIT, Ms. Swati Pongurlekar, Assistant General Manager, CSR Department, L&T Ltd, Dr. Prasanna Nambiar, Principal, DBIT, Rev. Fr. Nobert D’Souza, Principal of HCH School, Kurla, Ms. Jeane Gomes, Principal of MH School, Kurla, and Ms. Musarrat Shaikh, Principal of SVM School, Kurla.

This program is specially designed to motivate underprivileged students, especially girls and students with learning disability to take up a career in STEM (Science Technology Engineering & Maths).

Valedictory Ceremony the program "Engineering Futures-CrEAST" was concluded on 17th December 2021. The competition is called as "Akanksha 2021". Students displayed their work to panel of judges and top rankers were rewarded.
