  • Eligibility for Admission:
    Eligibility criteria as prescribed by the Government of Maharashtra and given in the Admission Rules. Kindly refer to website http://www.dte.org.in/.
    Every student seeking admission to the First Year of Engineering should register themselves with the Centralised Admission Process (CAP) conducted by DTE, Maharashtra State at the DTE facilitation Centres (FC). This Process is pre-requisite and mandatory also for Minority students seeking admission for Minority Category.
  • CAP Seats :
    39% to 49% seats are filled through CAP conducted by DTE.
  • Minority Seats :
    51% seats are reserve for Minority candidates (Roman Catholic Community).
  • Institute Level Seats :
    0% to 10% seats are filled by college.
  • Against CAP Vacancy :
    Seats are allotted as Against CAP Vacancy, Candidates who wish to avail of vacancy seat of the college, first must register at the Facilitation Centre to procure a merit number and only then apply at Don Bosco Institute of Technology for the Institute seat.

    8 * Eligibility case Certificate, * Migration Certificate, * Passing Certificate (in case Std. XII is from a board other than Maharashtra State Board)
    9 Affidavit by student & parents for Anti-Ragging.
    10 Gap certificate (wherever required)
    11 Physical fitness certificate from Registered Medical Practitioner

    Every student seeking admission to the Direct Admission to Second Year of Engineering (DSE) should register themselves with the Centralised Admission Process (CAP) conducted by State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra State at the DTE Facilitation Centres (FC).
  • CAP Seats :
    49% seats are filled through CAP conducted by DTE.
  • Minority Seats :
    51% seats are reserve for Minority candidates (Roman Catholic Community).
